CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Your Check-In time is 4 PM, Check-Out time is 10 AM, and keycodes are set to work at about those times.
KEYLESS ENTRY AND KEY CODES:
Your Keycode to be used on the Keyless entry is: Last 8 Digits of your phone number used on your reservation
You and your guests will use this code to unlock the front door to the condo during your entire stay. Any issues, call or text me at Office:760-230-1876 or Mobile: 760-518-8315 or My wife Charina Luciani - 760-518-3272.
A few tips for using the Keyless entry: From outside the front door: To Unlock: - Enter your code to unlock the front door, and wait until you see the flashing checkmark in the bottom left corner of the Schlage keypad. To Lock: - Push the lock symbol on the bottom right of the Schlage keypad.
From the inside: Turn the deadbolt as normal to lock and unlock the door. If you lock it, one of your other guests can use the key code to open the door. Once unlocked, the lock --Will Not-- automatically lock again; you have to manually lock or use the keypad to lock the door. So you don't have to worry about stepping outside the condo for any reason and the door automatically locking. It will Not. ***Please -Don't- use the deadbolt as a doorstop to keep the door open because it can break the lock and scratch up the doorframe.**
PARKING AND POOL PASSES
You will have parking and pool passes left in the Kitchen or Dining Room during your stay. Please use what is needed and leave them for the next guest when you check out. You will need to use the parking passes (hang them on the rearview mirror) because security checks all vehicles nightly. Parking: There is some parking under the building, but most are handicapped or 15-minute loading zone parking. Directly across the street, a 9-story private parking garage is solely for Crescent Shores owners and guests.
**IMPORTANT**IMPORTANT** - See Additional notes sent on Parking. FOLLOW PARKING GUIDELINES CLOSELY, PLEASE. Crescent Shores HOA can issue Parking Boots or Tow with $250+ fines.
MOVING IN - Carts for moving in There are carts you can use to bring up your bags, things, groceries, etc., which can be found inside the parking garage just outside the elevators. Please don't bring them into the condo or keep them upstairs overnight. When done, please return them downstairs. 2 high-speed elevators usually keep things moving fairly quickly.
OUTDOOR CLOSET (BESIDE FRONT DOOR OF CONDO)
Beach Gear, Boogie Boards, Chairs, etc.: Please use the outside closet to keep all your gear, which will work better for you (and the Condo) instead of bringing it inside (and a bunch of sand with them). The closet will hopefully be organized and have room for all your beach gear. If you have broken chairs, boogie boards, etc., please throw them away and don't leave them in the closet after you check out. At the end of your stay, please do your best to leave the closet the same way you hopefully found it. Do Not-- Lock the closet door. You do not have a key to unlock it if you did.
