  • Please bring all balcony or patio cushions indoors 
  • Secure lightweight outdoor furniture if possible 
  • Close patio doors and windows before leaving the unit 
  • Avoid leaving personal items outside 

This helps prevent damage and keeps the space clean and comfortable.


 

This usually means the batteries are low and need to be replaced.

How to change the batteries:

  • Locate the battery compartment on the inside of the door lock 
  • Slide or remove the cover (depending on model) 
  • Replace all batteries with fresh AA batteries 
  • Ensure correct polarity (+ / -) 
  • Reassemble the cover 
  • Test the code to confirm proper operation 

If issues continue after replacing batteries, please contact us immediately.


 

This is often caused by a tripped GFCI outlet.

How to reset it:

  • Look for outlets with “TEST” and “RESET” buttons (usually in bathrooms, kitchen, or near sinks) 
  • Press the RESET button firmly 
  • Check if power returns to the affected area 

If it trips again repeatedly, please notify us.
