Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, your full deposit and prepaid rents will be

returned.

If you cancel less than 60 days before check-in, you will forfeit your deposit and any prepaid

rents.

*If you have an emergency cancellation and you are beyond your 60 day cancellation window, please notify us ASAP via phone call and if possible we will try to re-rent the property and refund any moneys possible, based on the rents we collected.
