- You must be 25 years of age to rent this home and provide proof of age, if requested.
- The home has a maximum occupancy of (12) guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction.
- House parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
- There is an abundance of wildlife in the area. Guests are to respect nature and take care to guard themselves and their guests as appropriate.
- Rates, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
CRESCENT SHORES DOES NOT ALLOW MOTORCYCLES AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE
PROVIDED FOR RELATED ISSUES.
- There is NO SMOKING in the condominium:
- If it is determined by the owners or cleaning crew that guests were smoking in the condo, the guests will be responsible for:
- Loss of security deposit
- Liability for all costs to eliminate the smell of smoke from the unit including:
replacement of bedspreads and linens, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning and painting
(All estimated up to $5000.00).
- Liability for loss of rents during the week of cleaning and replacement. It can take up to 5 days to complete all repairs mentioned above, and any scheduled guests would be required to be relocated to another condo. Loss of rents is estimated to be up to $5000.
- Guest would be responsible all legal costs associated with the collection of repair, damage, and rental loss costs.
- Pets are NOT allowed in the Crescent Shores N605. Bonafide service dogs will be permitted per state and federal guidelines. If it is determined by the owners or cleaning crew that pets (or bonafide and qualified service animals) did cause damages to the condo, the guests will be responsible for:
- Loss of security deposit
- Liability for all costs to repair any damages or odors from the property including:
replacement of carpeting, bedspreads, and linens, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning
- Liability for loss of rents during the week of cleaning and replacement. It can take up to 5 days to complete all repairs mentioned above, and any schedule guests would be required to be relocated to another condo.
- Guest would be responsible all legal costs associated with the collection of repair and damages costs
- Crescent Shores does not allow motorcycles in any of its parking garages. If a guest does not adhere to this policy, their reservation can be canceled, and they can be requested to leave Crescent Shores. Rental premiums paid are not refundable due to this policy violation.
